Shimas leads internal operations within the AWG team. His experience is grounded on 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry as Director of Operations at TGS. As a result, he has been able to develop a deep network within the hospitality industry that keeps him up-to-date with the dynamic changes within resorts.
Shimas’ key strengths include his professional background in IT. He also oversees and aids in the execution of the project management consultancy wing of AWG. His systematic and critical thinking enables him to complete projects with great attention to detail.
